We believe in everyone's inherent strength and capacity to overcome adversity especially after a disaster. We believe that each one holds within a good part of the solution to the challenges hurled by disasters, and we need to help draw it out from them. We believe in the great strength that lies within solidarity,community and brotherhood. We believe that if given the appropriate support, persons, families as well as communities can rise up again and be more prepared for onslaught of greater adversities in the future.
